Shipping Policy
Order processing times are separate from the shipping times that you observe at checkout. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. All orders are shipped via FedEx 2-3 day shipping. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. There is always the possibility of potential delays due to issue outside of our control. Currently there is a shortage of pilots at FedEx that could delay your delivery.

- Closet52 currently only delivers to the 48 contiguous United States.
- Closet52 offers free shipping with every order.
- Closet52 does not currently ship to P.O. Boxes.
- We are not responsible for non-deliverable addresses.
How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking status to become complete.
You can also request your shipping status via our chat bot in the lower right corner of your screen.
If you haven’t received your order within three(3) business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us by email at support@closet52.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
